RESPONSIBILITIES * Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning and Sanitize.) * Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. * Make adjustments and minor repairs * Stock and maintain supply rooms * Cooperate with the rest of the staff * Follow all health and safety regulations SKILLS * Experience in operating cleaning equipment, including vacuums and carpet cleaners * Knowledge of health and safety procedures * Ability to understand and follow instructions * Experience in industrial cleaning * Ability to prepare and follow a cleaning routine * Ability to disinfect and maintain floors and work areas * Ability to inspect cleaning supplies received from vendors * Excellent physical fitness (to stand and walk for long hours)

RESPONSIBILITIES * Help with cooking, cleaning, and general maintenance and upkeep of assigned unit * Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation * Be reliable and punctual * Keep a neat and orderly environment * Observe the household rules and take care of housekeeping duties * Perform other tasks as directed by employer *Be of good moral character DUTIES AND SKILLS * time management * organization * attention to detail * childcare and elder care * Assist in meal preparation * Clean kitchen and dining area * Clean bedrooms and bathrooms as needed * Clean and organize living areas as needed * Laundry and ironing * Other duties as assigned
